If you often use the excuse that you’re not flexible enough for yoga, then this is the class for YOU! It’s not how far you can go into a posture that matters. You can benefit from where you are today! Bring your own mat (recommended) or use one of ours. We also have mats for sale at the front desk.

Ashtanga Based Flow: Ashtanga Yoga practice uses the breath to move the body. Emphasis is placed on breath, energy locks, balance, and concentration. During this 90-minute class, a varying selection of postures will gently challenge the entire body and focus the mind, leaving you relaxed and refreshed. This practice works to build core strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance and posture.

Gentle/Slow Yoga:  A blend of Kripalu and Kundalini yoga, this class generally starts with a warm up and breath work and then moves into the asana sequence. Assists are given to students to help them move more deeply into their practice. The classes end with a relaxation – sometimes guided, sometimes just listening to relaxing music, sometimes in quietness. Ultimately it is an individual practice and students are encouraged to listen to their bodies.

Mindful Yoga: If becoming more focused, present, clear, and peaceful in mind is something you aspire to, this class is for you. If getting stronger mind, body, spirit and becoming a bit more flexible and comfortable in your body sounds like a good idea, this class is for you. Get uplifted in spirit to purposely create an amazing week ahead- it all starts here on your mat. Expand yourself through a bit of silence, poses, relaxation. Suitable for all levels. Namaste!
