Like a lot of students, Brenden originally began strength training for soccer and football in a small high school gym. With amazing strength coaches both in high school and during his time with Castleton Spartans D3 Football, he fell in love with the moving anatomy of a working body – functions, faults, and ticks. It fascinates him how similar yet completely different bodies are. Brenden customizes each client’s workout based on their unique goals while recognizing these differences in the body. Whether it’s an athlete training to increase skill, speed, or strength, or someone who’s post-injury regaining mobility; we all need to keep moving.
