Laurie Kotorman

A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Laurie started taking Pilates classes in 2000 as a way to prevent injury while marathon training. She quickly discovered Pilates’ many other benefits including musculature balance, as well as increased mind-body awareness, core strength and stress relief.

In 2007, her passion for Pilates inspired her to begin training as an instructor with Balanced Body University, one of the leading national Pilates educators.
