Discovering Pilates was the beginning of a new chapter in Lynn’s life. Upon reaching an awareness of how the human body moves and how to best maintain it, she began instructor training with Balanced Body University in 2006, completing mat and reformer requirements. She has attended additional workshops to further her training with Ellie Herman, Tom McCook, and Sheri Berkowitz amongst others.

Lynn loves the mental and physical benefits of Pilates and her goal is to help and inspire clients at all levels to reach their potential. She is passionate about Pilates and believes that it can be beneficial for everyone!
